Service Description

Oftentimes, when we’re searching for healing, we forget that our bodies - by design - are always moving towards healing, reparation, and restoration. These sessions are to support you in bringing your body, mind, and spirit back into it’s natural flow. Hands on body work and Reiki are used to relax the body and mind, improve circulation and release tension while opening any blockages to allow the life force to flow through. Crystal Sound Bowls are used to create specific frequencies to shift brainwaves for a deep state of relaxation. The Body Holds deep wisdom and can also hold deep trauma. We will identify these spaces and what they have to share before releasing and realigning . Each session is concluded with intuitive feedback to further support the client in continued somatic healing.
