This Veterans Day, we invite you to gather in community for a deeply restorative Sound Bath and guided meditation offered in honor of those who have served.
This session is designed to support the nervous system, calm the mind, and offer a space of grounding and peace. Through gentle sound frequencies and mindful breath, we’ll create a supportive environment for reflection, release, and inner stillness.
