About the event
There will be an on-site outdoor traditional wood fire sauna. Here we will warm up , detox and relax sore muscles . Followed by and optional cold plunge therapy session and a hike or labyrinth walk to integrate.
Cole plunging or taking an ice bath comes with many potential benefits.
