About the event
Being active in nature can help fight chronic diseases, relieve stress and depression, promote faster healing, stronger immune systems, and more. And new research is beginning to reveal why: Contact with nature affects us, mentally and physically, right down to our cells.
Slowing down and connecting to nature allows us to get out of our monkey minds and regulate our nervous system. There is sufficent research around grounding techniques and simply spending conscious time outdoors and the postitive impact it can have on us overall.
All practices are based around the idea of Rewiliding
This is the process of rekindling our connection to nature and unearthing a truer, wilder, more holistic way of life that is more in sync with out human body .
Upcoming events will include MOE , connecting the senses to the world around us, Flint and steel fire starting, basic essetials for the outdoor and other practices.
