January : Somatic Breathwork Experience
Enter an altered state of awareness through a Holotropic Breathwork journey that opens the doorway to healing, insight, and remembrance. Breath becomes the medicine, guiding you beyond the mind and into the wisdom of the body and soul.
This Holotropic Breathwork session uses continuous, intentional breathing and music to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded states of consciousness. No experience necessary—just come as you are.
