Come enjoy a mindful outdoor experience (MOE)
Hammocks are set up site
Enjoy a 45 minute crystal sound bath while suspended amongst the tall pines 🌲
Includes guided meditation and breathwork 🧘🏻🫁
We will end with a 20minute meditation hike along the river
Cost is $45pp
