Cacao ceremony and Sound healing

This event is open to the public and will be in the fuller athletic building of the Westover campus.

Mats are available , please bring any pillows or blankets.

We will have time to share afterwards.

This will include breath work and guided meditation.

Please wear comfy clothes , bring any pillows , props or blankets needed to get comfortable. You will be guided into breath work and enjoy 45 minutes of deeply relaxing crystal sound bowl healing .
