About the event
We will begin with a guided somatic healing , gentle yoga class . This event will be held in Middlebury Ct at the Forest Oasis followed by a guided meditation and floating sound healing in the salt pool surrounded by nature . You can purchase a ticket for just yoga or just the sound healing as well . Ticket information is available
