9-10am Guided yoga flow for improved mobility , stability and flexibility. Movements will help regulate the nervous system while improving circulation and vitality . All levels welcome
Includes - guided foam rolling
10:15-11:15 guided movement set to a playlist also know as Nia with silent disco headphones for a deeper and more personal experience.
Drop into the body and out of the mind . This will be healing , invigorating, playful and a great time to release .
