Class will be outdoors , please dress accordingly and bring a mat and water bottle

Directions : The Forest Oasis is located at 35 Crest Rd but has a separate driveway entrance. You will pull down the private drive into the woods before the black mailbox for 122 Crest Rd ( on the same side of the road as the mail box)
