About the event
Join us for this soulful Sunday morning class where we will connect with the breath and the body to drop out of the busy monkey mind building mobility, ability, flexibility, and strength.
Located in the full athletic building on Westover campus. This class is open to the public and will be offered from 9 to 10 AM.
All leveled welcome
