I have partaken In many spiritual and holistic practices , journeys and modalities far and wide . After my first journey and expelling the grip of what felt like a lifetime of trauma/ energy and even many life times before. I knew we HAD TO bring this practice to Sattva's community !
In Spinal Energetics, the practitioner works with the Nervous System & Energetic Field to release stored trauma and promote healing and recovery. Spinal Energetics is a sacred practice between energy and consciousness, where the spine becomes a bridge between physical & the divine.
