As part of the 22 for 22 Veteran Suicide Awareness Hike & Fundraiser, Sattva Wellness Collective is honored to host a Sound Bath healing experience for all participants. This special session will be offered for a small donation, with proceeds given back to the charity.
✨ What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience where participants are immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The sound waves calm the nervous system, release stress, and invite a sense of peace, grounding, and inner balance.
