I am the head rock climbing coach at Westover School and I love sharing this skill with others. It helps build body awareness, confidence and to overcome fear and self imposed limitations. Sometimes it is just as much a mental game as physical and learning to silence that to achieve a goal is unbelievably empowering and applicable to everyday life!
