All practices are based around the idea of Rewilding: This is the process of rekindling our connection to nature and unearthing a truer, wilder, more holistic way of life that is more in sync with our human biology
Earthing or Grounding in nature has been proven to help fight chronic diseases, decrease inflammation, relieve stress and depression, promote faster healing, stronger immune systems, and more.
