Please join us for Grounding with Grace & Gratitude — an annual offering reimagined as a one-day retreat.
Before the busy holiday season, gather around the fire in a like-minded community for grounding movement, a nature walk and mandala, cacao and fire ceremony, mindful crafting, and an ancestral meal.
Together we will:
• Move through gentle, nourishing yoga
• Journey inward with somatic breathwork
• Feel the heartbeat of the drum to ground and awaken the spirit
