This weekend getaway will be during peak foliage in the picturesque north west corner of Connecticut . Come slow down and unwind as we integrate into the change of seasons . We will enjoy offerings that will support grounding , healing and deeply connecting . Hiking , yoga , sound healing , delicious meals , cold plunge down time by the fire . The intention for the weekend is to offer a healing space for like minded women to gather , rest and restore
