🌙 Sunday Sound Healing Series Restore • Realign • Renew Join us each Sunday for a deeply nourishing sound healing experience designed to help you reset your nervous system and realign your energy for the week ahead. Through the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other , you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where the body can rest, release, and restore balance. Each session is an opportunity to reconnect with your inner calm, elevate your vibration, and cultivate stillness amidst life’s noise.
