This event will take place every other Friday evening at Hop Brook Park in Middlebury. We will enjoy a 1 mile nature walk in . A 1 hour waterfront yoga float and meditation . Ending with a 1 mile walk out . Please bring a mat , Reusable water bottle and extra layer
