Service Description

This call will allow us to uncover your goals and anything getting in your way of achieving them. We will come up with a plan on how to best support your overall health and wellbeing by creating a customized program for you. With a wide range of offerings from yoga and personal training to detox programs, nutritional plans and anti-inflammatory protocols . You will be supported the whole way . We can also couple up your programming with intermittent microcurrent frequency sessions that incorporate reiki, cranial sacral techniques and massage. During a discovery session, we will take the time to dig into your story and understand where you've been, where you are now, and where you want to go.
